1977-1979 Steve Carlton Pro Model Bat

Hillerich & Bradsby signature model P89 exhibits heavy game use including ball, stitch, and red bat rack marks. The cracked handle (approx. 6 inches lifted) has a medium coat of pine tar. Carlton's player number "32" is written on the knob end in black marker. Carlton is the second-winningest left-hander of all time behind Warren Spahn. He is also fourth on the all-time strikeout list behind Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens, and Randy Johnson. He was the first pitcher ever to win four Cy Young Awards, and had six 20-win seasons.
