Rolling Stones Bridges to Babylon Hand-Signed Lithograph

Starting Bid - $500.00, Sold For - $1,160.00

1997 "Bridges to Babylon" limited edition album cover lithograph signed by the Rolling Stones. This is one of several different limited-edition signed Rolling Stones art prints created in 1997 which together represent the only signing project ever officially sanctioned by the Rolling Stones. This signed lithograph was limited to just 125 individually numbered pieces. All four current members of the Rolling Stones have beautifully signed below the "Bridges to Babylon" cover art image, each in a different colored ink: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, and Charlie Watts. This is a particularly significant series of signed prints as they are the only verifiably documented officially sponsored signed Rolling Stones display pieces, and each was limited to just 125 signed pieces. Accompanied by a series of photos of the Stones at the signing. The print is numbered "47/125." Mint condition. Dimensions: 22 x 27 inches. Framed to total dimensions of 24 x 28 inches. LOA from James Spence, Steve Grad & John Reznikoff/PSA DNA. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$1,500. SOLD FOR $1,160.00
