Rare 1966 The Saint Unopened Box Plus 120 Cards

The early 1960s British spy craze that started with 007 James Bond sparked the creation of the television series "The Saint" in England, starring Roger Moore, whose character bore a strong resemblance to the famous Bond. In 1966 a bubble-gum card set devoted to this popular series was issued in England by Somportex. Presented is a very rare full 72-count unopened display box of this issue, plus an additional eight unopened packs, fifty wrappers, and 120 assorted cards. The box and the packs are in Ex-Mt condition. The cards are in Excellent condition overall. This is a very rare unopened box, one of only approximately five which surfaced many years ago.
