1949 Bowman Autographed Set (208 of 240)

Near-complete set of autographed 1949 Bowman includes 208 of the 240 cards in the set. The set ranges in grade from Vg-Ex to Ex-Mt, averaging Ex. The thirty-two missing cards (thirty-one commons and one HOF) are as follows: #22, 68, 71, 77, 82, 89, 92, 113, 131, 145, 151, 152, 155, 159, 160, 165, 171, 179, 188, 191, 196, 200, 206, 208, 212, 213, 216, 217, 223, 224 Paige, 227, 240 Young. Many rookie cards of Hall of Famers are featured in this classic postwar issue, highlighted by Roy Campanella, Richie Ashburn, and Duke Snider. All 208 different cards have been brilliantly signed by the players, with signatures ranging in grade from "7" to "10" (averaging "8/9" overall): 80% are signed in ballpoint pen and 20% in Sharpie marker or felt-tip pen.
