1927 World Series program at New York. This program is neatly scored for Game 3. The program cover features portraits of managers Miller Huggins and Owen J. Bush. Interior pages include composite photos of each team. The date of the game ("Oct 7, 1927") and the original owner's name is neatly written on the cover. The program is scored in ink. The original ticket from the game (Game 3) accompanies. It is in Excellent condition and is neatly glued onto the interior page below the Yankees scoring section. On the opposite page is neatly glued the newspaper box score and article from the game, creating an impressive interior display. A short period note by the original owner on this page also commemorates his attendance. The Yankees, bolstered by a powerful and legendary lineup, which will forever be known as "Murderers Row," swept the Pirates in the 1927 World Series. Very clean, crisp, and perfectly flat. Overall in Vg-Ex/Ex to Ex condition. An outstanding example of one of the most desirable of all World Series programs, with an unusual element of personal provenance from the original attendee, including the original World Series ticket.
