Collection of 86 assorted 1912 T202 Triple Folders includes 73 different cards plus 13 duplicates. This is an exceptionally clean and totally unpicked group, loaded with stars and Hall of Famers. The collection includes two Ty Cobbs, three Christy Mathewsons, plus twenty additional Hall of Famers. This is part of an original-owner collection, consigned directly by the family of the gentleman who collected these cards as a youngster. This is a very substantial representation, and the foundation for the assembling of an extremely attractive set of T202 Hassan Triple Folders, arguably the most interesting and beautiful baseball tobacco issue ever produced. The SMR value of the five PSA graded cards alone exceeds $2,000. Total 86 cards. Reserve $2,000. Estimate $4,000/$6,000. SOLD FOR $34,800.00
