1909-1911 T206 Harry Davis PSA NM-MT 8 (Harris Collection)

Starting Bid - $200.00, Sold For - $2,937.50

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Phil., H. Davis front variation. One of six examples graded at this level, with only one graded higher. This card displays bold colors, with four razor-sharp corners, perfect registration, and centering just a hint towards the left border (approximately 45/55). Flawless Piedmont reverse. This is an extraordinary high-grade example with a tremendous image that beautifully displays the magnificent artistic qualities of the T206 set. We have found that at auction cards from extremely popular sets with very low populations in the highest grades often sell for far more than SMR, and this is especially the case with classic vintage sets such as the T206 White Borders. This is a rarely offered high-grade example from the famous Harris Collection. SMR is $750. Reserve $200. Estimate $400/$800. SOLD FOR $2,937.50
