1909-1911 T206 Southern Leaguer PSA NM 7 Collection (6)

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $11,163

Exceptionally high grade collection of six T206 Southern Leaguers (out of the 48 cards which comprise the entire “Southern League” subset), each graded and encapsulated NM 7 by PSA. This is a very sharp looking group of high-grade T206s. The collection is comprised of the following: 1) Bastian - San Antonio (Piedmont); 2) Coles - Augusta (Old Mill); 3) Howard - Savannah (Piedmont); 4) Jordan - Atlanta (Old Mill); 5) Seitz - Norfolk (Piedmont); and 6) Thebo - Waco (Old Mill). All are bright, crisp gems, clean, both front and back. The Southern Leaguers have always been appreciated for their scarcity and as a popular subset to the T206 series. This is an extremely high grade collection which would provide upgrades or make a very significant contribution to the assembly of just about any high-grade T206 set. The SMR value for the assigned grades is $3,900. Total 6 cards. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $2,000/$4,000. SOLD FOR $11,163
