1985 All-Star Game Program Signed by Jordan
Starting Bid - $200, Sold For - $588
Official 1985 NBA All-Star Game program signed on the interior by Michael Jordan and two others. Jordan has signed the program in black marker (grading "9") in the area next to his photo. The black-marker signatures (each "10") of Terence Stansbury and Orlando Woolridge, participants in the Slam-Dunk Contest, also appear on the interior next to their respective photos. Jordan, along with Akeem Olajuwon, was one of only two rookies selected for the 1985 All-Star Game, but only Jordan earned a starting nod. Jordan played twenty-two minutes and contributed seven points in the Eastern Conference's 140-129 loss. This is a very rare and noteworthy Jordan signed item dating from his NBA rookie season and the first such example we have seen. LOA from James Spence/JSA. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+. SOLD FOR $588
