Collection of fourteen different T206 Hall of Famers and one major star (Hal Chase), each graded and encapsulated EX 60 by SGC (all submitted by REA). These cards were part of a very substantial, totally untouched collection of 1910-era tobacco cards consigned to this auction (all cards from this collection appear in several lots of the auction) that was saved for decades by the family of the original owner. All have Piedmont or Sweet Caporal backs: 1) Chief Bender - no trees; 2) Mordecai Brown - Chicago; 3) Mordecai Brown - port.; 4) Frank Chance - yellow; 5) Hal Chase - blue; 6) Hugh Duffy; 7) Miller Huggins - port.; 8) Hughie Jennings - one hand; 9) Hughie Jennings - both hands; 10) Willie Keeler - bat.; 11) Joe Kelley; 12) Rube Marquard - pitching; 13) Rube Waddell - port.; 14) Zach Wheat; 15) Vic Willis - throwing. This is a very attractive group, comprised exclusively of Hall of Famers, all in an extremely desirable Excellent condition, from the most popular set of the 1910 era.
