1915 E145 Cracker Jack SGC NM 84 Hall of Famer Collection (6)

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $4,994

Presented is a tremendous group of six exceptionally high grade 1915 E145 Cracker Jack Hall of Famers, each graded and encapsulated NM 84 by SGC. Cracker Jacks have always (and will always) be one of the most popular of all vintage card issues, and the Hall of Famers in the set are naturally the most prized of all. This group represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire six (out of the thirty-two HOFers in the set) extremely high quality Hall of Famers at one time. Consists of the followng: 1) #3 Joe Tinker; 2) #6 Eddie Plank; 3) #12 Connie Mack; 4) #36 Ed Walsh; 5) #75 Miller Huggins; and 6) #167 Clark Griffith. These six cards each display four sharp corners, flawless registration, superb centering, and extremely strong colors. All are bright, crisp gems, and clean, both front and back. Each of these cards is worthy of inclusion in any classic Hall of Fame card collection, or ultra high-grade 1915 Cracker Jack collection or set. This is a very attractive and exceptionally high grade collection, comprised exclusively of Hall of Famers from the extremely condition-sensitive 1915 E145 Cracker Jack series, universally regarded as one of the premier baseball-card sets of the early twentieth century. The equivalent SMR value for the group is $5,270. Total: 6 cards. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $2,000/$4,000+. SOLD FOR $4,994
