Graded NM 7 by PSA. Exceptional high-grade example of one of the most popular of all Lou Gehrig cards, and one of the most classic of all 1930s bubble-gum cards. This is an extremely strong card with brilliant colors, a perfect background, and flawless registration. Centered slightly to the top (approximately 30/70). The corners show just a hint of light wear under magnification but are still square. The reverse of the card is extremely clean with bold green text. This is an extremely attractive high-grade example of one Lou Gehrig's most important and highly prized baseball cards. SMR value of the assigned grade is $3,750. Reserve $1,000.
