We always enjoy offering collections of this type. They are always well received and naturally have an impressive break value. The low- to mid-grades make this collection ideal for anyone who is excited about vintage cards, wants only authentic examples, including originals of many of the most important classics of the era, but does not want to spend a fortune. (And the collection really would cost a fortune in higher grade!) These cards have substantial break value or could serve as the foundation for building sets. Tremendous collection of technically modest-in-grade but still magnificent Topps cards from the golden era of the late 1950s with many Hall of Famers and key highlights. Total: 903 cards. Reserve $800. Estimate (open). SOLD FOR $4,113
