1920 to 1943 Hall of Famer Sample-Card Collection, Including Ruth and Gehrig (91)

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $5,629

Offered is an extremely diverse and substantial collection of ninety-one different Hall of Famers, spanning the years 1920 to 1943, with representation from a remarkable seventy-six different highly regarded issues! That is not a misprint! Seventy-six different issues! Highlighted by many unusual rarities and stars such as Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Jimmie Foxx. This is an extremely fascinating assemblage and is truly a collection unto itself! Each card was chosen for inclusion with great care by a devoted sample-card enthusiast who collected many years ago. This is an extremely interesting collection of classic vintage cards.
