The 1948 Bowman set is an extremely significant landmark issue of the postwar era, literally launching a new era of bubble-gum card collecting. Key rookie cards of many stars and Hall of Famers highlight Bowman's first baseball-card issue. This is an exceptionally attractive mid- to high-grade complete set. Condition: 52% range in grade from Ex to Nr/Mt, 48% Vg to Vg-Ex. Fifteen key cards have been graded and encapsulated by PSA (except one SGC).
