Erin Dittmar, Office Manager
Erin oversees the day-to-day operations of the REA office and has over 30 years of administrative management experience. Prior to joining REA in January 2018, Erin spent more than seven years as the Administrative Manager at Longwood Industries, a major manufacturer of industrial materials, where she reported directly to the CEO and COO. Prior to that, she held administrative leadership roles in the industrial and financial services sectors, beginning her career with Goldman Sachs. She is passionate about community service and has volunteered with numerous non-profits, including The Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center, and educational bodies such as the Educational Foundation of the Chesters and the Chester School District. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Merchandise Management from the State University of New York as well as an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex County College.
