Presented is an exceptionally rare circa 1910 real-photo postcard featuring H. M. Kelly, the young mascot of the Goldsboro team from the East Carolina League. This postcard is especially notable as it pictures Kelly in the very same pose used for his T210 “Series 7” tobacco card. This fact may make this card of special interest to T210 Old Mill collectors. The card displays a crystal-clear image, even wear to the corners, and a few minor surface imperfections. The card has ink writing on its traditional postcard reverse. This is the first example of this rare postcard that we have ever seen! This is an exceptional and particularly noteworthy example of this rarely seen postcard that would be a worthy addition to any advanced postcard, T210, or type-card collection. Reserve $300.
