Offered are forty-nine unopened "test" wax packs from the 1975 Topps Test "Comic Book Heroes Stickers" series, accompanied by a plain white display box to house the packs. This fascinating sticker set was produced by Topps both as a "test" series and a regular issue in 1975. As a result two variations of the stickers were issued with very subtle differences. Marvel's roster of super heroes serve as subjects for this popular set, including Spiderman, Captain America, The Hulk, and others, in a series of colorful scenes throughout the 40-sticker set. The "test" packs are very distinctive as the advertising labels for the packs were affixed to plain white wax packaging during production of the test issue. All forty-nine "test" packs are fairly clean with tight seals and brightly colored labels. The plain white original display box has normal shelf wear and is overall in Good condition. This is a rarely offered collection of unopened "test" packs that would be worthy additions to any nonsport or Topps collection.
