P.J. oversees all communications initiatives at REA. He's a lifelong sports memorabilia and trading card collector and has been able to combine his vast knowledge of sports history with his 15 years of experience in marketing and PR. Prior to joining REA in November 2022, P.J. spent the first 14 years of his career on the agency side of the industry, the last 11 of which focused on the fintech and capital markets sector where he worked with an array of companies ranging from startups to industry incumbents. He has extensive experience building communications and branding strategies, crafting social media campaigns, event planning, and product launches. He graduated from Seton Hall University cum laude in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing and Sports Management. He lives in Holmdel, New Jersey with his wife Danielle and his border collie mix Eddie.
