Graded NM+ 7.5 by PSA. Extremely attractive high-grade example of Roberto Clemente's rookie card. One of card collecting's classics, Clemente's rookie card is the key to the 1955 Topps set and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. The card exhibits vibrant colors, four strong corners displaying only the slightest hints of wear, perfect registration, and no print lines. Outstanding centering, just a hint to the left, which is particularly noteworthy for this card, which is so often subject to extremely serious centering problems. The reverse is lightly toned with boldly printed text. This is a very attractive example of one of collecting's most famous cards and would be a worthy cornerstone to either a high-grade 1950s Clemente card collection or any world-class collection of classic baseball cards.
