In addition to being one of the key cards to this classic set, and one of the most famous of all postwar cards, Robinson's 1952 Topps card is part of the rare high-number series (although his card was double-printed and is therefore slightly more available than others from the same series). This exceptional card boasts four sharp corners, vibrant colors, and flawless registration. Centered a hint to the bottom with a slight tilt to the image, which is common to this card. Perfectly clean, both front and back. This is easily one of the finest examples we have ever offered in the last eighteen years! Frequently overshadowed by the #311 Mantle from the same set (which is also a high-number series card and also double-printed), #312 Robinson is one of the few cards that defines the 1952 Topps set for collectors.
