Graded EX 5 by PSA. Beautiful example of what is recognized as one of Cobb's most iconic cards. The red background pose has long been considered one of the great classics of the T206 set and of all vintage cards. The offered example has a bright red background, crisp image, honest corner wear, and centering toward the top left. The Piedmont 350-460/25 advertising reverse is boldly printed and shows a few spots of soiling. The T206 Cobb red background portrait is one of the key cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era, and this example would be a worthy addition to any world-class T206, Hall of Famer, or Ty Cobb card collection.
