Graded VG+ 3.5 by SGC. Beautiful mid-grade example of this classic tobacco card of Hall of Famer Ty Cobb. The green-background pose has long been considered the rarest of the four poses of Cobb in the T206 set. The offered example has a brilliant green background, a crisp image, honest corner wear, and centering slightly toward the top right. Boldly printed Piedmont 150 advertising reverse. A tremendous example of one Cobb's most popular cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era. Reserve $10.
