Modestly graded example of this classic tobacco card of Hall of Famer Ty Cobb from the popular T206 White Border series. Cobb's red-background portrait pose is one of the key cards in the set and one of the most recognizable of all prewar-era tobacco cards. This example displays a bright red background, outstanding registration, honest corner wear, and centering toward the left. Graded POOR 1 by SGC largely due to scattered creasing and soiling on the Piedmont 350 advertising reverse. This is a very presentable example of one of the key cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era. Reserve $10.
