Graded VG 3 by SGC. Very attractive example of Philadelphia Phillies Hall of Famer Grover Alexander from the legendary 1914 Cracker Jack series. This card presents with bold colors, outstanding registration, and honest corner wear. Boldly printed reverse. The front and back are almost entirely free of any caramel staining, which is uncommon for this issue. 1914 Cracker Jacks are far rarer to find in high grade than their 1915 counterparts, because the 1914 series cards were only issued in boxes of Cracker Jack. This is a strong mid-grade example of Hall of Famer Grover Alexander from this classic set that would be a welcomed addition to any 1914 Cracker Jack, Hall of Fame, or prewar-card collection.
