Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Very attractive, technically low-grade example of #30 Ty Cobb from the classic 1914 Cracker Jack series. The 1914 Cracker Jack Ty Cobb is universally recognized as one of card collecting's great classics, and one of Ty Cobb's most desirable and striking cards. Cobb is featured on this card in a batting pose set against a deep red background. A few creases and moderate rippling account for the low technical grade despite the far superior appearance. The card features an extremely bold red background, outstanding registration, lightly rounded corners, and superb centering. The reverse has a few faint caramel stains. This is an appealing example of card #30 Ty Cobb in an extremely desirable grade. The classic Cracker Jack set is considered by many to be the most beautiful card set ever issued.
